يقدم خبراء وزارة العدل ومصلحة الطب الشرعى تقارير بوهم إلى مكتب الخبراء أو القسم التابعين له مصحوبا بمحاضر أعمالهم وجميع المستندات التى سلمت إليهم وكشفا بأيام العمل والمصروفات ، ويتولى المكتب أو القسم إيداع التقرير ومرفقاته قلم كتاب المحكمة .
ويقوم قلم الكتاب فى هذه الحالة بإخطار الخصوم بهذا الإيداع فى الأربع وعشرين ساعة التالية لحصوله بكتاب موصى عليه .
