إذا حكم برد أحد الخبراء الموظفين أبلغ قلم الكتاب صورة من الحكم إلى مكتب الخبراء أو قسم الطب الشرعى أو المصلحة إذا كان الرد متعلقا بأحد الخبراء التابعين له وإلى الجهة الرئيسية إذا كان الرد متعلقا برئيس المكتب أو القسم أو المصلحة .
