The FahmQanon library holds texts and rulings published under licences that ask for their source to be credited. This page names those sources and their licences; every text or ruling taken from them links here with «Licences».
Memory and Knowledge for Studies (MKS)

- Court of Cassation and Supreme Administrative Court rulings, and the texts of some laws
- Changes
- The texts were formatted for display and each ruling's details (its number, date and court) were read from its text; the words of the rulings and texts were not changed.
The texts of legislation and the rulings published by official bodies (the Official Gazette, the Supreme Constitutional Court's portal) are not protected by copyright under article 141 of the Intellectual Property Law 82/2002, so they are not listed here.
