Article 52 of the Judicial Experts Law

إذا أراد أحد الخبراء الموظفين إعفاءه من أداء مأموريته ابتداء أو فى أثناء أدائها وجب عليه أن يقدم طلبا بذلك إلى رئيس المكتب أو القسم أو المصلحة خلال الثلاثة الأيام التالية لتكليفه أداء المأمورية .
ويبلغ الرئيس هذا الطلب فى اليوم التالى على الأكثر للجهة القضائية التى أصدرت الحكم بندبه مشفوعا برأيه .
فإذا قبل الطلب ندبت الجهة القضائية خبيرا آخر أو أعادت المأمورية للمكتب أو القسم أو المصلحة لتكليف خبير آخر بأدائها .
