إذا كان الندب لمكتب الخبراء أو قسم الطب الشرعى ترسل أوراق الدعوى إليه بواسطة قلم الكتاب المختص مع إخطاره بمباشرة المأمورية .
ويخطر رئيس المكتب أو القسم الجهة القضائية التى ندبته فى الثمانى والأربعين ساعة التالية باسم من أحيلت إليه المأمورية إلا فى الحالات المستعجلة فيكون الإخطار على وجه السرعة .
