لجهات القضاء أن تندب للقيام بأعمال الخبرة خبيرا أو أكثر من خبراء الجدول أو تندب مكتب خبراء وزارة العدل أو قسم
الطب الشرعى أو إحدى المصالح الأخرى المعهود إليها بأعمال الخبرة فإذا رأت لظروف خاصة أن تندب من غير هؤلاء وجب أن تبين ذلك فى الحكم .
وفى مواد الضرائب لا يقع الندب إلا لخبراء وزارة العدل .
