يحكم بالمصروفات المنصوص عليها فى المادة ٢٣٠ من قانون المرافعات للمواد المدنية والتجارية ولا بالغرامة المنصوص عليها فى المادة ٢٤٢ منه إذا كان الندب لمكتب الخبراء أو قسم الطب الشرعى أو أحد الخبراء الموظفين . وذلك مع عدم الإخلال بالجزاءات التأديبية والتضمينات إن كان لها وجه .
