يصدر الوزير المختص بناء على اقتراح مجلس إدارة الهيئة قرارا بمقابل الخدمات عن العمليات التى تتم في بورصة العقود الآجلة .
وتتكون موارد البورصة من :
١ - الموارد التى تحصلها طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون .
٢ - مقابل الخدمات التى تقدمها للمتعاملين معها .
٣ - عائد استثمار أموالها .
٤ - المنح والهبات التى تقدم لها ، والقروض المحلية والخارجية التى تعقد لصالحها ، وذلك وفقا للقواعد المقررة في هذا الشأن .
