يعاقب باعتباره شريكا كل من سهل لإرهابى أو لجماعة إرهابية بأية وسيلة ، مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ارتكاب أية جريمة إرهابية ، أو الإعداد لارتكابها ، أو وفر ، مع علمه بذلك ، لمرتكبها سكنا أو مأوى أو مكانا للاختفاء ، أو لاستخدامه فى الاجتماعات أو غير ذلك من التسهيلات .
