لا يسأل جنائيا القائمون على تنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون إذا استعملوا القوة لأداء واجباتهم ، أو لحماية أنفسهم من خطر محدق يوشك أن يقع على النفس أو الأموال ، وذلك كله متى كان استخدامهم لهذا الحق ضروريا وبالقدر الكافى لدفع الخطر .
