تمنح الأكاديمية درجة ماجستير فى العلوم الشرطية لمن يحصل على دبلومين من الدبلومات المشار إليها فى المادة السابقة أو على أحد هذه الدبلومات ودبلوم فى الدراسات العليا من إحدى الجامعات المصرية أو الأجنبية المعادلة لها التى يقرر مجلس الأكاديمية اعتبارها متصلة بعلوم الشرطة وذلك وفقا للنظام والأوضاع التى تحددها اللائحة الداخلية.
