في قضايا التماس اعادة النظر يفرض رسم ثابت حسب درجة المحكمة المرفوع اليها الالتماس فاذا فصلت الالتماس في الموضوع استكمل الرسم المستحق عنه دون المساس بحكم الفقرة السابقة .
