استثناء من الأحكام المتقدمة يفرض في الدعاوى معلومة القيمة المتعلقة بأمور الزوجية ونفقات الأقارب وكذا دعاوى ثبوت الوفاة والوراثة ابتدائية كانت أو مستأنفة رسم نسبي قدره ٢ ./.
و ان كانت هذه الدعاوى مجهولة القيمة استحق رسم ثابت قدره عشرة قروش .
و عند الحكم في دعاوى النفقات وما يتعلق بها يسوى الرسم على أساس ما حكم به .
