Article 3 of the Sharia Courts Fees Law

يفرض على استئناف الأحكام الصادرة في الدعاوى معلومة القيمة رسم نسبي على أساس الفئات المبينة في المادة الأولى و يراعى في تقدير الرسم القيمة المرفوع بها الاستئناف .
و يفرض في الدعاوى مجهولة القيمة رسم ثابت على الدعاوى الجزئية المستأنفة قدره ٣٠٠ قرش وعلى الدعاوى الكلية المستأنفة ٦٠٠ قرش .
و يخفض الرسم الى النصف في جميع الدعاوى اذا كان الحكم المستأنف صادرا في مسألة فرعية فاذا فصلت محكمة الاستئناف في موضوع الدعوى استكمل الرسم المستحق عنه .
و يسوى رسم الاستئناف في حالة تأييد الحكم الابتدائي باعتبار أن الحكم الصادر بالتأييد حكم جديد بالحق الذي رفع عنه الاستئناف .
