تحصل الرسوم المستحقة جميعها عند تقديم الاعلان أو الطلب في الأحوال الآتية :
( أولا ) الرسوم المخفضة .
( ثانيا ) رسوم التماس اعادة النظر .
( ثالثا ) رسوم الدعاوى التي يدعيها المدعى عليه أثناء الخصومة وكذلك رسوم دعوى التدخل .
( رابعا ) طلبات التنفيذ .
