اذا لم تقيد الدعوى في الجدول ومضى اليوم المعين للجلسة جاز للطالب أن يعيد اعلانها بجلسة أخرى ، وفي هذه الحالة لا يلزم الا بدفع باقي الرسوم مع رسم الاعلان .
و اذا مضت سنة شمسية على تاريخ الاعلان الأول حصل رسم جديد .
