تحصل ربع الرسوم النسبية ونصف الرسوم الثابتة عند تقديم اعلان الدعوى والباقي عند قيدها في الجدول .
و اذا عدلت الطلبات عند القيد بالزيادة زيد الباقي بمقدار فرق الرسوم كلها ، و اذا عدلت الى أقل خفض الباقي فقط على أساس التعديل .
