ضباط الصف والجنود المجندون ومن فى حكمهم الذين تنتهى مدة خدمتهم العسكرية العاملة أو الوطنية أو مدة خدمتهم الثانية التى يعاملون خلالها من الناحية المالية معاملة المجندين يستحقون مكافأة بواقع ٥٠٠ مليم عن كل شهر من شهور خدمتهم وذلك حتى تاريخ تسلمهم إلى الاحتياط ، ويجبر كسر الشهر إلى شهر كامل عند حساب هذه المكافأة .
ولا يدخل فى حساب المكافأة المدد التى لا تحتسب ضمن مدة الخدمة الفعلية والمنصوص عليها فى القوانين العسكرية .
