تستحق المكافأة المنصوص عليها فى المادة ( ٥٤ ) عند انتهاء مدة الخدمة العسكرية العاملة أو الوطنية بسبب قضاء هذه المدة أو مدة الخدمة الثانية المشار إليها فى البند ( ج ) من المادة( ١ ) أو بسبب الرفت من الخدمة أو الإعفاء من جزء منها .
