Article 56 of the Armed Forces Retirement, Insurance and Pensions Law

تسوى مكافأة انتهاء الخدمة العسكرية العاملة أو الوطنية المجندين ومن فى حكمهم على أساس كامل مدة الخدمة المقررة عليهم وذلك بالنسبة إلى :
( ا ) المستشهدين بسبب العمليات الحربية أو المتوفين فى إحدى الحالات المنصوص عليها فى المادة ( ٣١ ) أو بسبب الخدمة .
(ب) المفقودين الذين يعلن استشهادهم أو وفاتهم .
( ج ) من تنتهى مدة خدمتهم لعدم لياقتهم صحيا بسبب العمليات الحربية أو بسبب إحدى الحالات المنصوص عليها بالمادة ( ٣١ ) أو بسبب الخدمة .
