Article 57 of the Armed Forces Retirement, Insurance and Pensions Law

يمنح من يصاب من المجندين بسبب الخدمة بجروح أو عاهات أو أمراض يتقرر بسببها إنهاء خدمته العسكرية معاشا شهريا قدره عشرة جنيهات إذا كان العجز كليا ، وثمانية جنيهات إذا كان العجز جزئيا .
أما من تنتهى خدمته منهم لإصابته بسبب العمليات الحربية أو فى إحدى الحالات المنصوص عليها بالمادة ( ٣١ ) فيمنح معاشا شهريا مقداره اثنا عشر جنيها إذا كان العجز كليا ، وعشرة جنيهات إذا كان العجز جزئيا .
