يمنح من تنتهى خدمته لإصابته بعجز كلى بسبب الخدمة معاشا شهريا يعادل أربعة أخماس أقصى مربوط الرتبة أو الدرجة التالية لرتبته أو درجته الأصلية أو أربعة أخماس آخر راتب استحقه أيهما أفضل .
أما من تنتهى خدمته لإصابته بعجز جزئى بسبب الخدمة فيمنح معاشا شهريا يعادل أربعة أخماس متوسط مربوط الرتبة أو الدرجة التالية لرتبته أو درجته الأصلية أو أربعة أخماس آخر راتب استحقه أيهما أفضل .
