يمنح من تنتهى خدمته لإصابته بعجز كلى بغير سبب الخدمة معاشا شهريا يعادل أربعة أخماس أقصى مربوط رتبته أو درجته الأصلية أو أربعة أخماس آخر راتب استحقه أيهما أفضل .
أما من تنتهى خدمته لإصابته بعجز جزئى بغير سبب الخدمة فيمنح معاشا شهريا يعادل أربعة أخماس متوسط مربوط رتبته أو درجته الأصلية أو أربعة أخماس آخر راتب استحقه أيهما أفضل .
