إذا أحيل المنتفع إلى التقاعد قبل بلوغه سن التقاعد بغير طلب منه وبسبب غير الطرد أو الرفت أو الاستغناء عن الخدمة ، يمنح معاشا شهريا مقداره أربعة أخماس أقصى مربوط رتبته أو درجته الأصلية أو يعادل آخر راتب استحقه أيهما أفضل .
