لا تحسب ضمن مدة الخدمة التى تسوى على أساسها المعاش أو المكافأة مدد الخدمة المفقودة التى تنص عليها القوانين العسكرية حتى فى حالة ردها .
ولا تحسب فى مدة الخدمة التى تعطى الحق فى المعاش أو المكافأة مدد الغياب والوقف عن العمل التى يتقرر الحرمان من الراتب عنها .
