تضم الضمائم والمدد الإضافية طبقا للأحكام المنصوص عليها فى المادتين ( ٨ و ٩ ) إلى مدة الخدمة الفعلية التى قضاها المعينون من الصفوف بالقوات المسلحة فى درجة ضابط صف أو جندى متطوع أو مجدد خدمة براتب عال متى تم حسابها فى مدة الخدمة التى تعطى الحق فى المعاش أو المكافأة طبقا لأحكام المادتين ( ٤ ، ٥ ) .
