يختص مجلس كل شعبة بما يلي :
( ١ ) تحقيق أهداف وأغراض النقابة على نطاق الشعبة .
( ٢ ) النظر في شئون المهنة لرفع مستواها .
( ٣ ) تسجيل الأعضاء في سجلاتها بعد قيدهم في النقابة .
( ٤ ) انتخاب ممثل الشعبة في مجلس النقابة ويحدد النظام الداخلي القواعد المنظمة لاجتماعات مجلس الشعبة وكيفية إصداره لقراراته .
