ينتخب مجلس الشعبة من بين أعضائه كل أربع سنوات رئيسا للشعبة ووكيلا وأمينا له كما ينتخب مندوبي الشعبة في مجلس النقابة طبقا للشروط والأوضاع التي يبينها النظام الداخلي .
