تطبق أحكام الكتاب الرابع من قانون حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية المشار إليه
على الأجناس والأنواع النباتية التى يحددها وزير الزراعة ، كما تطبق على جميع الأنواع
والأجناس بانقضاء عشر سنوات من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون .
