مع عدم الإخلال بأية عقوبة أشد منصوص عليها فى أى قانون آخر يعاقب كل من يخالف عمدا أحكام هذا الكتاب بغرامة لا تقل عن عشرة آلاف جنيه ولا تجاوز خمسين ألف جنيه .
وفى حالة العود تكون العقوبة الحبس مدة لا تقل عن ثلاثة أشهر ولا تجاوز سنة ، وبغرامة لا تقل عن عشرين ألف جنيه ولا تجاوز مائة ألف جنيه .
وفى جميع الأحوال يحكم بمصادرة التقاوى ومواد الإكثار المضبوطة .
