يبقى حق الامتياز على أجرة النقل قائما ما دامت الأجرة
مستحقة الدفع أو كانت تحت يد الربان أو ممثل المالك، وكذلك الحال
بالنسبة إلى الامتياز على ملحقات السفينة وملحقات أجرة النقل.
