Article 34 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) ترتب الديون الممتازة المتعلقة برحلة واحدة وفقا
للترتيب الوارد في المادة ٢٩ من هذا القانون.
(٢) وتكون للديون المذكورة في كل بند من المادة ٢٩ مرتبة
واحدة وتشترك في التوزيع بنسبة قيمة كل منها.
(٣) وترتب الديون الواردة في البندين ٤ و٦ من المادة ٢٩ بالنسبة
إلى كل بند على حدة وفقا للترتيب العكسي لتاريخ نشوئها.
(٤) وتعد الديون المتعلقة بحادث واحد ناشئة بتاريخ واحد.
