(١) يلتزم المستأجر بالمحافظة على السفينة واستعمالها
فى الغرض المتفق عليه وفقا لخصائصها الفنية الثابتة فى ترخيص الملاحة.
(٢) وفى غير الحالات المنصوص عليها فى الفقرة (٢) من المادة
السابقة يلتزم المستأجر بإصلاح ما يصيب السفينة من تلف أو باستبدال
ما يتلف من آلاتها وأجهزتها.
