يعين المستأجر البحارة ويبرم معهم عقود العمل ويلتزم
بأداء أجورهم وغيرها من الالتزامات التى تقع على عاتق رب العمل،
ويتحمل المستأجر مصروفات استغلال السفينة ونفقات التأمين عليها.
