عند وفاة صاحب المعاش تلتزم الجهة التي كانت تصرف المعاش بأداء نفقات جنازة بواقع معاش شهر بحد أدنى قدره عشرون جنيها تصرف لأرملته ، فإذا لم توجد أرملة صرفت لأرشد أولاده أو إلى أي شخص يثبت قيامه بصرف نفقات الجنازة .
