إذا كان المعاش المستحق لولد أو الأخ لم يرد على باقي المستحقين بعد قطعه يعاد صرفه إليه في حالة إيقاف صرف أجره أثناء فترة التجنيد الإلزامية طالما لم يبلغ من السادسة والعشرين .
