يعاقب بشطب اسمه من جدول النقابة صاحب المدرسة الخاصة الذى تثبت مخالفته للأحكام أو عدم تنفيذه للقرارات الخاصة بمرتبات وتأمينات العاملين بمدرسته ، أو إذا فصلهم فصلا تعسفيا .
