إذا فقد أحد أعضاء مجلس الإدارة شرطا من شروط العضوية سقطت عضويته وأصدر المجلس قرارا بذلك .
وللمجلس أن يقرر إسقاط عضوية من يتغيب عن حضور جلساته ثلاث مرات متتالية خلال السنة الواحدة بغير عذر يقبله المجلس ، وذلك بعد إخطار العضو بالحضور لسماع أقواله .
وللعضو حق الطعن أمام محكمة القضاء الإدارى فى القرار الذى يصدر بإسقاط عضويته .
