إذا زالت عضوية أحد أعضاء مجلس إدارة النقابة العامة أو الفرعية أو اللجنة النقابية ، حل محله للمدة الباقية من العضوية المرشح التالى الحاصل على أكثر الأصوات فى آخر انتخابات أجريت .
و إذاكان مجلس إدارة النقابة العامة أو الفرعية أو اللجنة النقابية قد شكل بالتزكية وخلا مكان أحد الأعضاء ، فعلى المجلس أن يعلن عن خلو المكان و إجراء انتخابات تكميلية خلال ثلاثين يوما على الأكثر .
