إذا خلا مركز النقيب لأى سبب حل محله الوكيل الذى تتوافر فيه شروط المادة ٤٤ إذا كانت المدة الباقية له تقل عن سنة . فإن زادت المدة على سنة دعيت الجمعية العمومية لانتخاب نقيب جديد يكمل المدة الباقية لسلفه
