إذا كانت المسئولية عن حادث موجب لاستحقاق مبلغ التأمين
وفقا لهذا القانون ، مشتركة بين مركبتين أو أكثر ، يحق للمضرور أو ورثته الحصول على
مبلغ التأمين المنصوص عليه فى المادة (٨) من هذا القانون من أى من مؤمنى المركبات
المتسببة فى الحادث .
وتكون تسوية مبلغ التأمين بين الشركات المؤمنة بالتساوى بينها .
