مع عدم الإخلال بالعقوبات المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون ، للوزير المختص إصدار قرار
مسبب بإلغاء الترخيص الصادر للشركة أو إيقافه كليا أو جزئيا لمدة أو لمدد لا تجاوز ثلاث سنوات
فى حال ارتكاب الشركة أى مخالفة لأحكام هذا القانون أو القرارات الصادرة تنفيذا له ،
ويجوز التظلم من هذا القرار وفقا للإجراءات المعتادة .
