يصدر الوزير المختص قرارا ينظم قواعد منح ترخيص مزاولة أعمال الخدمات الرياضية
وشروطه وإجراءاته ، وغير ذلك من الأمور التنظيمية.
وللوزير المختص وقف إصدار التراخيص حال مخالفة شروط ترخيصها بناء على طلب
الجهة الإدارية المركزية.
ويحدد الوزير المختص رسوم منح الترخيص بما لا يتجاوز (١٪) من رأس مال الشركة ،
ويجوز له وضع حد أدنى وحد أقصى لأسعار الخدمات التي تقدمها الشركات المرخص لها .
