لا يجوز الجمع بين عضوية مجلس إدارة أى هيئة رياضية وعضوية مجلس إدارة
الشركات المنشأة وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون أو العمل لديها بمقابل أو دون مقابل ،
ولا يجوز لأعضاء مجلس إدارة الهيئة العمل بالشركة قبل انقضاء سنتين على الأقل
على انتهاء عضويتهم بمجلس إدارة الهيئة .
