لا تسرى الفوائد التأخيرية على ديون العاملين بهذا القانون والتى يصدر بالاعتداد بها قرار من رئيس جهاز التصفية والمستحقة للجهات المنصوص عليها فى المادة ١١ وذلك اعتبارا من تاريخ فرض الحراسة حتى مضى سنة من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون ، ولا يجوز خلال هذه السنة اتخاذ إجراءات تنفيذية بسبب هذه الديون ضد العاملين بهذا القانون .
