تسرى بالنسبة لخلو مركز رئيس الفرع ما أحكام المقررة فى الفقرتين الأولى والثانية من المادة (٢٨) كما تسرى بالنسبة لخلو مركز أى عضو من أعضاء مجلس النقابة الفرعية أحكام الفقرات الثانية والثالثة من هذه المادة .
٤٥ — مع مراعاة أحكام المادة (١٢) تقدم إلى مجلس النقابة الفرعية طلبات الترشيح لمراكز الحالية بالمجلس خلال شهر نوفمبر من كل عام فى الموعد الذى يحدده مجلس النقابة ، ويعلن عنه مجلس الفرع .
