مدة العضوية فى مجلس النقابة أربع سنوات ويتم كل سنتين انتخاب نصف عدد الأعضاء ، على أنه بعد انقضاء السنتين الأوليين تنتهى مدة نصف عدد الأعضاء بطريق القرعة ثم يصبح التجديد النصفى بالدور والتسلسل كل سنتين .
وتستمر عضوية من انتهت مدته من أعضاء مجلس النقابة حتى انتخاب من يحل محله .
ولا يجوز انتخاب العضو أكثر من مرتين متتاليتين .
