إذا حكم بقبول الطعن المشار إليه فى المادة السابقة بطلت قرارات الجمعية العمومية وأعيدت دعوتها إلى الاجتماع خلال ستين يوما من تاريخ الحكم .
وتدعى هذه الجمعية كذلك فى حالة الحكم بطلان انتخاب النقيب أو أحد الوكيلين أو خمسة فأكثر من أعضاء مجلس النقابة فى مدة لا تجاوز ستين يوما من تاريخ الحكم .
