لمدير الأمن أن يوقف العمدة أو الشيخ عن أعمال وظيفته أثناء أى تحقيق
معه ولا يجوز أن تزيد مدة الوقف على ثلاثة أشهر ، وإذا رأى مد مدة الوقف أحال العمدة
أو الشيخ إلى لجنة العمد والمشايخ وكل عمدة أو شيخ يحبس حبسا احتياطيا أو تنفيذا
لحكم جنائى يوقف بقوة القانون عن عمله مدة حبسه .
