يعاقب بالسجن وبغرامة لا تقل عن [غير مقروء] ولا تجاوز عشرة آلاف جنيه كل من باشر فى زمن الحرب أعمالا أخرى بالذات أو بالواسطة مع رعايا بلد معاد أو مع وكلاء ه أو مندوبيه أو ممثليه أيا كانت إقامتهم أو مع هيئة أو فرد يقيم [غير مقروء]
ويحكم بمصادرة الأشياء محل الجريمة فإن لم تضبط يحكم على الجانى بغرامة إضافية تعادل قيمة هذه الأشياء.
